Camping with my family has always been fun. We do a lot of fun stuff outdoors and even go fishing too. Nowadays, technology tends to overcast the fun outdoor activities with the promises of tap, clicks and WiFi. Because of this, the fun of camping fades thus limiting the bonding time with your family. So the next time you go camping, why not leave those “technologies” for a while and do camping like the old times. I listed some activities and games you might do during you family camping trips.
- Camping Skill Contest
I remember my scouting days when all we do some groupings and fun stuff. So why not do it with your family. Divide yourselves in groups and time to show those hidden talents in your family. You can also do some speed contest on raising the tents, preparing food and even “Amazing Race” challenges. I can guarantee some serious fun.
- Play some card games
There is always fun on those old card games. We all grow up playing them so why not revived those old cards and play them on the way and in the camp too. Mom and dad is surely itching playing some Uno, Spades and Go Fish with the kids.
- Act like a master chef
Cooking show is so much fun so why not try to teach those little kids some recipes while enjoying camping. This will gave them something to do while having fun. Fun is on the way with this activity.
